The five items to verify before paying
- Operating company: ask who will physically provide the vehicle and driver.
- Vehicle: confirm category, passenger capacity, luggage limits, and whether photos are representative or of the assigned vehicle.
- Written total: request base time, minimum hours, gratuity, fuel or travel charges, tolls, parking, overtime, and taxes.
- Pickup plan: confirm addresses, contact method, waiting-time policy, and venue or airport pickup instructions.
- Change terms: read the deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, substitution, and refund language.
Provider, broker, and affiliate roles
The company taking an inquiry may be the direct operator, a booking service, a broker, or a referral partner. Ask which role applies to your trip and which company name will appear on the service agreement and payment receipt.
